Main Responsibilities:- International Cooperation: Managing the procurement of timber materials from foreign companies.- ISO 50001 Energy Management System: Responsible for maintaining documentation and acting as the key contact during external audits.- HR Support: Assisting the manager with HR activities, including conducting interviews in English.- Market Research: Conducting research on new markets.- Financial Analysis: Performing financial analysis of the timber industry.- Market Expansion Initiatives: Implementing initiatives to enter new target markets.- Project Management: Overseeing various projects to ensure timely and successful completion.- ERP System Implementation: Leading the implementation and management of the ERP system, overall program administration and minor coding tasks.- Job Advertisement: Posting job advertisements on various job portals (e.g., LinkedIn Jobs, CV.lv, etc.).- Securing European-Funded Projects: Attracting and managing European-funded projects for the company.Key Skills:- Communication- Problem-solving- Organizational Skills- Computer Proficiency- Research and Analysis- Teamwork and Collaboration- Adaptability

Main responsibilities:- To maintain Integrated Management system which sustained of: - ISO 9001 (Quality management system), - ISO 50001 (Energy management system), - ISO 14001 (Environmental management system). - Internal audit- External audit management in company- Development and maintenance of procedures- Complaint analysis- Development of the Integrated management system reportBesides that experience in HR:- Recruiting, - Fairing, - Staff satisfaction surveys from scratch, staff evaluation from scratch, - Have worked with Horizon programme ( for HR side), - Knowledge in labor law. Experience with HR documentation.
