The main task was managing marketing team and increasing market share to become leading e-pharmacy in Estonia. From June-October 2022, I worked as a Country Manager to test local management structure as an alternative to the central management from Lithuania. Azeta e-pharmacy operated in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia and was part of the Euroapotheca and Vilniaus Prekyba group. We implemented the best digital marketing practices and increased the YOY sales in Estonia by 100% in 2022. In March 2023, we rebranded Azeta and e-pharmacy continued to operate under the Euroapteek brand. ETKAL), to invite marketing managers to join, to create the marketing news media portal TULI, to organise marketing conferences and conduct the biggest creativity festival Golden Egg in 2019. The main goal was to develop the Estonian e-commerce sector, which included: management of the association; membership growth more than twice; organising marketing, development and e-commerce conferences; developing and managing the e-Monday campaign; organising an E-Act recognition event; cooperation with the public sector and other professional associations; standing up for the interests in process of lawmaking; establishing cooperation with international organisations.
