Areas of responsibility:• Team head for a group of seven experienced credit analysts.• Responsible for a Nordic portfolio of initially 3 bn EUR consisting of 150 Nordic corporates. • Responsible for implementing internal guidelines and processes and communicating them to the whole Copenhagen team. • Misc. other responsibilities e.g. internal and external audit. Selected results:• Building a very successful and well-functioning team – and keeping motivation high despite of challenging circumstances (known end date, salary freeze, limited budget for training, no new deals allowed).• The team has consistently delivered high quality work within deadlines and over performed on targets regarding wind down of the Nordic portfolio with minimum losses for the bank.• Active member of the management team contributing with strategic decision making on clients as well as setting a strategy for the whole department. Highly appreciated for pragmatic solutions on personal issues (share of work, lay-offs, disputes etc.). • One of the main drivers behind the project to close down the Nordic branch of HSH and set up the DMC HSH Debt Advisory. This included setting up new processes for decision making, writing the SLA and communication with our head office in Germany and booking office Luxembourg Branch.

Areas of responsibility:• Deputy with responsibility of the capital structuring customers. • Responsible for a portfolio of 10 LBO and capital structuring customers.• Participating in restructuring of distressed customers.• Review and approval of legal documentation.Selected results:• Part of the projecteam to transfer all loans from Copenhagen to the new booking office in Luxembourg. Transfer and quality check of all loan documentation on Nordic customers.• Participation in several successful restructurings of Nordic LBO customers.• Several successful exits of customers (e.g. selling a portfolio of customers to another bank with small hair cut).

Areas of responsibility:• Credit Analyst working with Relationship Managers to find structured solutions to the mid/large cap segment in the Nordic Area. • Job experience includes in depth analysis of companies' financial and market situation as well as client contact and negotiations.• Review and approval of legal documentation.Selected results:• Successful in getting several new customers to the bank. Negotiating terms with the customers and presenting all relevant risk aspects to the bank’s management.• Self-taught Nordic Area expert in the bank’s financial account analysis system (Global Format), coaching other departments/branches in the use of the system.

Areas of responsibility:• Credit responsible for the bank’s Nordic Small Cap portfolio consisting of more than 50 wealthy private customers with outstanding loans amounting to approximately MEUR 300. • Drafting legal documentation.• Credit analyst for larger Nordic corporate clients.Selected results:• Streamlining monitoring of the Small Cap portfolio as well as the daily monitoring of the movements in LTV, which went from being a manual excel exercise to be performed in a professional portfolio monitoring system (Superport).• Reducing the overall risk for the bank on the Small Cap portfolio and shortening of the processing time.
