Selected results:• Building a very successful and well-functioning team – and keeping motivation high despite of challenging circumstances (known end date, salary freeze, limited budget for training, no new deals allowed).• The team has consistently delivered high quality work within deadlines and over performed on targets regarding wind down of the Nordic portfolio with minimum losses for the bank.• Active member of the management team contributing with strategic decision making on clients as well as setting a strategy for the whole department. Highly appreciated for pragmatic solutions on personal issues (share of work, lay-offs, disputes etc.). • One of the main drivers behind the project to close down the Nordic branch of HSH and set up the DMC HSH Debt Advisory.
