My responsibility at ICDK has been two-fold: 1) Project manager for ICDK’s largest initiative – Top Talent Programme, providing a new marketing platform for Danish companies and universities to brand themselves towards talented Chinese students and young professionals via online activities and physical events. 2) Responsible for professionalization of the external communication of ICDK in general and other projects and initiatives.As project manager I have been the key figure in achieving all planned activities and goals within the programme; from developing and maintaining website and social media, to signing companies as partners, all communication activities and university collaboration with Danish and Chinese universities. Achievements of my work:- Organised more than 13 events at Chinese universities, hereof two Denmark Days – career and Education Fair – with 1.300 students visiting booths from 7 Danish universities and 12 Danish companies- Development of www.sinodanishnetwork.com - Establishment of Sino-Danish Alumni Network with more than 200 members- Establishment of social media profiles with more than 3000 followers- Created an extended network of university collaboration with some of China’s top universities- Secured a strong media presence of ICDK and Sino-Danish Network in Danish and Chinese media (eg. Berlingske, Børsen, China Daily and CCTV) as well as an internal focus on communication from all employees.
