Current• Responsible for reporting the month forecast to our main supplier of polymers (INEOS O&P).• Managing our monthly allocation received to make sure we take what is our allocation plan.• Managing our contracted grades to make sure we take the contracted volumes.• Managing overall all placed orders with regards to contracted volume, non-contracted volume, special agreements, and spot deals.• Work in close relationship with our Key Account Managers with regards to forecast, prices,… Show more • Responsible for reporting the month forecast to our main supplier of polymers (INEOS O&P).• Managing our monthly allocation received to make sure we take what is our allocation plan.• Managing our contracted grades to make sure we take the contracted volumes.• Managing overall all placed orders with regards to contracted volume, non-contracted volume, special agreements, and spot deals.• Work in close relationship with our Key Account Managers with regards to forecast, prices, special offers, and rebates• Work in close relationship with our main supplier INEOS to secure we take our minimum contracted volumes per month.• Managing prices for contracted grades• Managing prices for orders in exception• Responsible for two key customers Order handling Price communication Forecast discussions Claim handling Logistic planning•Work in close relationship with our other departments: Logistics, Finance, Credit Control, and Regulatory, and Purchase Departments.• Being the link between our purchase department and our supplier for all matters in relation to samples, claims, product overview and planning, allocation, forcast, and prices.• I support the Business Directors in relation to daily and monthly sales reports and budget reports, annual budgets, and review performance against agreed budgets.
