As a receptionist, it's my pleasure to greet and assist with the needs of my fellow colleagues and guests. When I'm not running around ensuring the office needs have been met, I can be found planning for the next company function, or assisting anyone else with a project or task. I have had the fun opportunity of helping manage reports for Hr, process expense reports, book meetings, manage office supplies, submit work orders, data entry, are the duties performed, and look forward to learning much more.

This was an integral part of the role, to assist in every way possible. Compiling operational reports, conducting hiring and onboarding, processing expense reports, filing travel forms, processing unemployment claims, workers comp claims, customer service inquiries, manage store security codes, comply with termination regulations by state, book travel, manage calendars and set up conference meetings, and communicate effectively with field and corporate members were such responsibilities.
