Developed culture of empowerment in partnership with HR which meant showing our culture in blogs, social media platforms and making sure people were taken care off from the inside of the company. I helped identify and manage external marketing. Partnered with Estonian influencers and helped create content for our products. Created marketing plans, content for media, developed an email campaign and a few outside projects.

One of the projects on hand was being in charge of fall recruitment season. We had 50+ applicants, but accepted 20 youngsters with the hope for a better future.

Team member of the Social media team. My job was to manage Solaride's Facebook and LinkedIn page, later also Instagram. We worked as a team to create strategic plans for the upcoming months. Optimized social media content for maximum engagement and reach with the whole team.

Collaborated with the whole marketing team, learning from SEOs to monthly marketing planning. My job was to mostly concentrate on brands as my mentor was the Head of Brand. As I joined close to the end of 2022, I was included in brainstorming sessions for the year 2023. My day-to-day tasks included leading a client-merch project (ordering mugs, chocolates, and boxes and coordinating with the design team), managing the first engineering meetup project at Fractory, writing articles and sitting with marketing team members to learn new tasks and determine the best tactics for solving challenges.

At KindlustusEst Kindlustusmaakler, I was the head of people. This meant solving problems, recruiting people when in need, leading meetings, employer surveys and organizing events. The people who were recruited are still loving and doing their jobs with joy. I would say I have an eye for great people.

As a Demo Area Manager, my day to day job was to make sure every participant had their crucial information about their festival demo booths, urgent timelines, merch (everything they would need to know while participating at the biggest business festival in the Baltic's). The biggest challenge was to make sure everything went smoothly during the event. I had a team of three, who were distributed around the festival area to continuously check everything was up and running.As a side project, I was also in charge of the festival's food court which meant looking for vendors beforehand and making sure they followed our guidelines during the event.

I worked as a part time office manager and part time event manager. At the office people could turn to me with their problems to which I would provide solutions myself or consult with the manager beforehand. Every month, me and the HR team organized a team event for the whole company (about 100+ people from US and Estonia). When I started working at Glia, COVID was at its highest so we had to plan the events for online platform. This was something new, and we all had to acclimate to new rules. But besides the new complications, I managed to organize the best online event the company had ever done (words from my manager's mouth) - we organized a cooking class with Italian nonnas. This was planned by me from the beginning to the end.

OLE ROHKEM is a student organisation that aims to develop other student organisatsions and Tartu students in general. We believe that students should use their time in university to the fullest by living healthily, studying with a goal in mind, gaining practical knowledge in student organisations and changing the world as a result. Our vision is to make Tartu the most developing place for students.My job is to see that every team is working and everyone is cared for. My team and I conduct interviews to find candidates for different positions we have available. I also organize meetings, events and outings for our members.
