Taking the necessary measures to ensure a long-term relationship with customers. The goal is to create lasting impressions on customers who eventually become loyal to the brand and recommend the services to other potential clients, thus increasing profitability and reducing the need to focus so heavily on searching new business for revenue growth. Customer satisfaction is constantly measured through feedback in order to be improved.
- Guiding the team to solve issues that are reported by customers. Continuously analyzing the services offered and the evolving customer needs in order to find solutions to problems to ensure maximum client satisfaction and means to prevent potential complaints.
- Negotiating and closing collaboration contracts;
- Managing all OTAs - strategy and implementation.
