Sigi and I did both well operations and core analysis, both of which were new experiences for her. Sigi performed fantastically and transformed herself from a novice into a near expert in routine core analysis and lab management. She absorbed the new challenges like a trooper and became a strong vocal advocate for the concept of core analysis while drilling. Without her dedication and exceptional effort we would not have achieved the success we enjoyed. She proved the power of having a "lady's touch" in a really hostile working environment.
