Sigrid Mayer is an architect, systemic business coach and lecturer for Transformation Design at the University of Applied Sciences in Graz. She is founder and Managing Director of EIGENSINN - Veränderung RAUM geben, a Vienna based management consultancy and design studio. Sigrid Mayer is also founder and mastermind of MEI MEIDLING - Das partizipative Klima-Grätzl Projekt, a bottom-up initiative driving urban transformation. She is winner of the ÖGUT Umweltpreis 2021 in the category “Partizipation und zivilgesellschaftliches Engagement” and 2022 for “MEIDLINGER L - Klimawandelanpassungen im baulichen Bestand”. In 2023 she also won Ö1 - Reparatur der Zukunft “Klimainnovation” and Klimateam Vienna for the project „Wiener Klima Himmel“.
