About Sigurd Meyer-Hess

After studying Economic Computer Science Lüneburg I worked for consulting companies as well as for other companies in leading roles. My experience is on both sides of the table. Areas like Softwaredevelopment, QA, Support, Consulting, Sales and contract management have been covered by me along with international experience in the USA and Malaysia.I am a Prince2 certified project manager and being a PM has been my daily work, steering projects with up to 50 people and external vendors. I see Consulting as THE Interface between customer ideas/visions and development and the result must fit to the overall strategy - this is the daily Consulting Balance Act.in Geman:Nach dem Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik in Lüneburg war ich sowohl bei Beratungshäusern als auch bei Kunden solcher Beratungshäuser in den führenden Positionen tätig. Mich zeichnet aus, dass ich beide Seiten des Tisches kenne, bis hin zur gesamten Wertschöpfungskette einer Standardsoftware, die sich im täglichen Einsatz rund um die Uhr bewährt. Bereiche wie Softwareentwicklung, Qualitätssicherung, Support, Consulting, Sales, Vertragsmanagement habe ich alle durchlaufen. Dazu kommt eine internationale Erfahrung mit Kunden, sowie die Führung zweier Geschäftsstellen in den USA und Malaysia.Als Prince2 zertifizierter Projektmanager habe ich Projekte mit bis zu 50 Mitarbeitern und Zulieferern gesteuert.Consulting ist DIE Schnittstelle zwischen Kundenwunsch und Entwicklung und das Ergebnis muss auch zur gewünschten Strategie passen - dieser Beratungs-Spagat ist mein tägliches Geschäft.
