Leading a team of 10 people responsible for product innovation and partnerships within consumer sales. Launched a digital B2B subscription including all of Schibsted’s digital subscriptions and several consumer sales partnerships, with well known brands such DNB, NSB, Narvesen, 7eleven and Avis.

› Product development for VG, Norway's largest news site: Developed a concept for SME advertising.› Digital strategy for E24 Dine Penger: Brand and positioning strategy following the merger between the business news site E24 and the personal finance brand Dine Penger.› Project Management for Schibsted Norge: Organizational project where a shared consumer sales units was set up for Schibsted's regional media houses.

Responsible for acquisition analysis, CRM, data warehouse development and financial settlement towards labels. Received the national Business Intelligence Prize for most innovative solution in 2013.

Responsible for user intake for the Norwegian music streaming service WiMP, both direct to conusumer and via partners, in the launch phase. WiMP secured a distribution deal with Canal Digital, where the service became a part of the standard TV subscription for 700.000 Norwegian households (February 2011).

E24.no is Norway’s largest business news site with 150,000 unique visitors per day. Responsible for product- and business development. Projects:- Complete redesign of the site (April 2007). Won silver medal in “Niche Site of the Year 2007” (no gold medal was awarded).- Re-launched the stock market information site “E24 Børs” and experienced a heavy increase in usage.- Launched a smartphone version that quickly achieved the number one position, which it still holds today.- Launch of several new verticals.

Verdande Technology serves the petroleum industry with artificially intelligent software solutions that increase efficiency and profits during oil well drilling. The company later expanded into financial services and healthcare, with offices in Trondheim, Houston and Abu Dhabi.
