• Submission of a monthly report summarizing the performance of the businesses, which includes a P&L, variance analysis against budget and forecast, balance sheet and cash flow, focus areas for the next month, control weaknesses and corrective actions.• Use financial analysis, data trends and market information to anticipate needs, identify operating/financial issues, and recommend actions to maximize financial return.• Management and control of all banking related transactions.• Account Receivable- Follow up with customers • Develop trends and projections for the company’s finances with Cash Flow Management.• VAT Return Filing• Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken.• Manage and coordinate internal and external audits to ensure compliance with government regulations and contractual agreements.• Manage day-to-day activities, plan and assign work, establish performance and development goals for team members. Provide mentoring, coaching and regular feedback to help manage conflict, improve team member performance and reorganization.

• Leading the Finance & Purchase Department.• Finalization of Accounts and Daily Internal Control.• Fund management, Costing, & Payroll• Preparation of the yearly budget and monthly update of forecasts.• Monthly reporting for the Head office (Profit and Loss account / MIS) and comparison with budget and forecasts.• Debtors & Creditors Ageing Control.• Cash flow, Materials& Daily Operational Accounts.• Inventory Management and Supervising Periodic Inventory.• Reviewing the Lease Agreement / Contract and takes a corrective action as per Business plan.• HR Related and Documentations-LMRA, GOSI
