Current• Develop and implement the QA strategy in alignment with company goals.• Lead and mentor the QA team, fostering a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.• Collaborate with executive management to define quality goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).• Drive quality initiatives across the organization to enhance product and process quality.• Lead risk management and mitigation activities related to product quality and compliance.• Ensure that all QA processes are documented, standardized, and continually improved.• Ensure that products meet the required quality standards before release.• Oversee the development and execution of quality control processes, including testing, inspection, and validation protocols.• Recruit, train, and develop QA staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.• Conduct performance reviews, set objectives, and provide ongoing feedback to the QA team.• Foster a collaborative environment, encouraging innovation and teamwork within the QA department.• Lead continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality, reducing defects, and improving operational efficiency.• Implement and monitor quality metrics, using data to drive decision-making and process improvements.• Promote a culture of quality throughout the organization by providing training and resources to other departments.• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and customers, to address quality-related concerns and ensure satisfaction.• Communicate quality performance, risks, and opportunities to the executive team and other relevant parties.
