-Study the recruitment needs with the team as well as the requirements for the desired profiles .-Ensure the distribution of ads on the appropriate platforms , filter and process the applications received.-Carry out internal development interviews as well as internal mobility interviews .-Lead information and presentation session of the company , of the position to be filled and perform a first filter of applicants .-Prepare and administer tests for the applicants,conduct favorable and unfavorable individual interviews .-participate in various recruitment events and forums in order to represent the company , to collect new applications and make appointments for interviews .

-Handling of technical complaints from costumers , making commercial proposals in order to retain costumers .
