Methanization is an anaerobic fermentation process. This involves bacteria breaking down rotting (putrescible) matter with a total absence of air, a process that occurs naturally in marshes (marsh gas). Besides the Biogas used as energy, the solid residues from methanization or digestate can be dried and used as fertilizer.- Performances assessment of 10 French units of Bio-methanization- Process analysis & quality control of digestion reactors and product- Participation to full answer for call of tender from National Environment Agency (ADEME)- Research on European regulations
