System Engineer-Developed outage PMs-Develop Scope of Work for the relevant tasks/activities-Managing and Implementing plant modification through Engineering Change Management(ECM)-Execute Projects through Engineering Change Management-Develop Preventative Maintenance(PM) ,DC System , Station Earth Mat ,Motors ,Switchgear and Transformers.-Assist and advise the maintenance team with the day-to-day troubleshooting and plant optimization activities.-Provide technical advice and solutions during breakdowns in the plant-Inspect the motors at the OEM after refurbishment and assisting with the testing of the equipment and in the plant-Conduct plant walks to identify defects and to correct any housekeeping abnormalities-Communicate daily with the maintenance and operations team to resolve any issues which might lead to loss of production-Compile risk assessments for production loss risks; communicate the risks associated with the activities and put mitigation strategies in place-Investigate plant trips involving Electrical Engineering Systems by using root cause analysis strategies-Review engineering and maintenance procedures-Investigate Incidents which involve the health and safety of the plant, employees or both-Prepared presentations of status or updates of projects changes to inform staff and documents-Execute monthly UPS System (Uninterruptible Power Supply) inspections and Battery discharge test on batteries ,inspections on battery charger.-HAZLOC team member and helping Project department to make sure that all the hazardous location are complying.Projects-Hazardous Location Project > Strip all the Non-Ex Rated equipment on the Hazardous location areas (Battery Rooms, Diesel Station , Ammonia plant etc.) and install Ex-rated equipment for the area to be compliance and Zone it accordingly on the demarcation board.> IA Certificates and COC if the area is compliance.- Batteries Replacement Project from Nickel Cadmium to new technology
