- Handling payment for 4 entities (Malaysia & Singapore)- Process bulk payment in Oracle system- Prepare payment forecast report- Process Urgent/ ad hoc payment - Upload payment encryption file to bank portal- Remind bank authoriser to approve the payment in bank portal- Ensure the payment amount and beneficiary bank account is tally with invoice - Ensure payment made on time- Provide payment supporting as per auditor request - Prepare Contra report - Complete and closed the payment ticket on time via Snow portal- Replies to supplier enquiries

- Review and verify assigned China locations invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment- Checking and enter mandatory information into invoice processing system (Oracle, SAP, QAD)- Perform 3-way-match for PO-based invoice- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues- Ensured accurate and timely of archiving e-documents to system- Corresponded with internal and external parties and responded to inquiries- Eliminated all long outstanding items including prepayment, invoice on hold and vendor aging- Performed GRNI adjustment for PO invoices- Assisted with month end closing and produced error-free accounting reports- Followed up and resolved bank reconciliation issues- Prepared yearly Top 15 supplier reconciliation reports- Involved in yearly audit and provide any required information from both internal and external auditors with zero audit findings- Maintained productivity progress and target timelines- Involved in AP process improvement and AP process standardization
