My job responsibility to handle the accounts of the company coordinating with the support Staff and responsible for Export documentation and interaction with foreign buyers.• Responsible for verifying, posting, reconciling transactions, resolving discrepancies.• Filing of Statutory returns and payments on time• Export documentation and interaction with forwarders and buyers.• Coordinates with bank for lodgment and realization of Export Bills• Compilation and filing of Monthly and annual reports.

Assisting the accounts head in overall accounts and administration Procedures• Maintaining Cash book,Bank book, Receipt and Payment Statements.• Posting of accounting Entries in Tally• Preparing of Salary Statements• Follow up on accounts receivables and payables.• Maintaining purchase, Sales and Stock registers.
