• In-charge of all accounting activities of both financial and management accounting.• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, assisting departments with annual budgets and reviews• Recording, classifying, and summarizing financial transactions and events in accordance with accepted local accounting principles and financial reporting standards• Computation and payment of staff salaries on a monthly basis.• Advising and assisting the management in the compilation and control of budget.• Cooperation with external auditors to carry out annual external auditing.• Supervision the day to day operations of the accounting.• In charge of collecting payments from Tour Operators and ensure they are done on time, set regular weekly and monthly deadlines to process the payment and accounts• Oversee the processing and organizing of bills, prepare reports of regular intervals (monthly, quarterly, and annual) making forecasts on payment flow.• Keeps track of all payment transactions to be upheld by the Tour Operators, negotiate, and settle non-payment disputes with them efficiently.• Checks and ensures all Balance Sheet accounts are reconciled monthly.• Timely submission of Goods & Service Tax /Green Tax/EWHT/ Withholding Tax etc. and Compliance with all statutory bodies.• Prepare monthly financial statements, reports and records by collecting, analysing, and summarizing account information.• Works with Financial Controller to improve the financial awareness and provide them with relevant financial information for the operations.• Handling necessary training of finance department team members, review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures.• Other financial management duties assigned by the Financial Controller.• Responsible for Companies Banking and Taxation matters
