A factotum meber of the USIC group I am deployed across many areas of the business, working closely with our Senior Projects Manager, Mobile Communications and IT team to consult on projects for new and existing customers, responsible for initial planning right through to installation completion ensuring initial designs/plans are correct and meet our clients required specifications and exceed expectation coupled with on going maintenance plans for continual operation backed by our unrivalled customer support. I can often be found managing our onsite installations ensuring all works are completed efficiently and on time with as little disruption as possible to our customers.Projects invole but are not limited to : Structured Network Design & Installation, VoIP solutions, Fixed Wire Telecoms, Broadband & Connectivity, Mobile Communications, ICT Support including hardward installation and maintenance

My first on the books job, used as a learning experience and give me some money whilst I was at college, it served a purpose, gave me the finances to get through my driving test, I learnt a lot from working for such a big company, whilst not all aspects of the job were my cup of tea I did actually enjoy working there, although often regarded as a un-desirable job I feel many people could learn a lot for future job roles from working for McDonalds. By the time I left I was a Staff Trainer and was training to go on my Area Managers exam.
