Institutional Client Reporting at Goldman Sachs Asset Management:• Ensure timely delivery of Custom reports (Trade reports, Holdings reports, Attribution reports, Portfolio Review Books etc.) to clients.• Identify, validate & clear various reports data gaps generated from various internal systems (Enterprise, Fish etc.).• ​Prepared daily balance sheet and liquidity reports for the respective portfolios as per the client’s ad -hoc request.• ​Set up clients’ accounts and manage the data related to the portfolios based on the client requests.• ​Reconcile reports delivered via the CID platform at account and mandate level to find any discrepancies in report delivery.• Lead the CAMRA (Central Asset Management Reporting Architecture) team and find real time solutions for the failing reports for the clients.

Asset Manager Service Team The AMS team deals with all conceivable queries received from the investment managers under the umbrella of custodian services such as, but not limited to, corporation actions, trade failures or delayed settlement, buy-in scenarios, income or dividend payment or re- investment, latest market updates or bulletins to be updated in the records of IMs, investment manager's brief guides or documents with updated information and inquiries regarding latest applicable guidelines of the various sub-custodians to name a few.As a result, we interact and work with nearly all the teams in our business - when deemed necessary - in order to achieve the highest quality of services to our clients.Performing the asset transfer, redemption of securities post cash -receipt , reallocation of securities between funds under the same client.Monitoring the DDA accounts and make sure the Overdraft charges are valid and if not we interact and work with the internal team to write off the charges after thorough investigations. Ensuring the trades are settled on settlement date and if any discrepancies we work with the internal teams and IMMonitoring the high value Foreign Exchange trades and working with various ABO in different countries to ensure the FX's trades are executed on time

HSBC Global Asset Management - Fund Data Services• Responsible in creating and data management for all HSBC mutual funds and also monitor fund NAV, Dividend, Holdings and static data.• Worked closely with the product development and governance managers in the set up and launch of new funds.• Create/Maintain market data identifiers such as ISIN, FUND GIIN, LEI, BBG ticker, SEDOL.• Monitor and update fund static & reference data to generate legal documents like KIID, Factsheets to meet regulatory standards and also reconcile data between multiple platforms like Bloomberg, FE, Funds library, Lipper---etc.• Identify Errors and fix the data gaps by reviewing the fund documents such as Prospectus, Product specifications and also supported the product team to on board MIFID and PRIIPS data to FDMA.• Worked as domain expert in re-domiciliation project of HSBC HK Funds from Cayman Islands to Hong Kong and also assisted in implementing the fund hive and Fund info project.HSBC Global Asset Management - Investment Services• Monitor the trade errors and resolve data issues.• Perform reconciliation between front office and back office security positions.• Familiarity in using data vendor’s platforms like Thomson Reuters, Bloomberg, FTID, Rimes and extended back offices and Order Management Systems Charles River and Bloomberg AIM.• Scrubbed data in golden source(CADIS), thereby supporting front office, performance team, Regulatory and Client reporting team, global fund team and management information system• Security Data exception management on Markit EDM(CADIS).• Setup brokers, trading accounts, securities and amend the related data in trading platforms like Charles River and Bloomberg AIM etc.
