Project: Upgradation of Main Lines in Mutla - Client: MEW - EPC Contractor: HOTECC - Duration: June 2021 to Present - Location: Mutla, Kuwait - Role and Responsibility: Instrumentation Engineer (Design) Project Details: I played a key role in a comprehensive project covering the entire lifecycle of a new fiber optic communication cable system. This project involved design, construction, commissioning, and continuous operation. The advanced system was implemented to facilitate the transmission of SCADA data, video feeds, and voice communication to a remote control center for monitoring and control purposes.2. Project: Upgradation of Fuel Supply System - Client: MEW - EPC Contractor: HOTECC - Duration: November 2022 to June 2023 - Location: Shuwaikh, Kuwait - Role and Responsibility: Commissioning Engineer Project Details: I led a project focused on enhancing the fuel supply infrastructure network for Shuwaikh Power Station to meet the increasing energy demands through 2030. This facility, which is over 50 years old, has undergone multiple upgrade phases to boost power generation and water production. It utilizes Gas Turbines (GT) for power generation and employs both Multi-flash and Reverse Osmosis (RO) processes for desalination. My role as an approved I&C Commissioning Engineer involved overseeing the upgrade of the Fuel Gas system. This project was an additional responsibility in addition to my ongoing project at MEW Mutla.

LCR System Upgradation at KNPC - Client: KNPC - EPC: FDH-JV - Feb 2016 - Dec 2016 - Location: Mina-Abdulla - Role: Site Engineer - Tasks: Pre-shutdown to post-shutdown activities, LCR-Annex installation, control panels, cables, junction boxes.B. Lower Fars Heavy Oil Development for KOC - Client: KOC - EPC: Petrofac - Dec 2016 - Sept 2019 - Location: North Kuwait - Role: Site Engineer - Work: Construction within Well Block 3, including well block and infield stations.C. New Refinery Project - Utilities at KIPIC - Client: KIPIC - EPC: FDH-JV - Jul 2019 - Jun 2021 - Location: Mina Al-Zour - Role: Commissioning Engineer - Responsibilities: Utility system setup, steam, air, water, and cooling units.

I had a significant role in three prestigious Abu Dhabi (UAE) projectsB. BAB THAMAMA G ONSHORE OIL PROJECT - Client: ADCO - EPC Contractor: NPCC - Duration: Jan 2012 - Sept 2012 - Location: Habshan, Abu Dhabi - Role: Site Supervisor - In this project, I played a crucial role during construction and commissioning, aiming to expand oil production capacity in Thamama G and Habshan-2, adding 60 MBD and 20 MBD, respectively, to previously undeveloped fields.C. Shah Sulphur Station & Pipeline (SSSP) - Client: Al Hosn Gas - EPC Contractor: CCIC - Duration: Jan 2013 - Jun 2015 - Location: Shah, Abu Dhabi - Role: Site Supervisor - Involved in a comprehensive project focused on the transportation of liquid sulfur through a dual 11 km SEET pipeline. This encompassed liquid sulfur storage, granulation, railcar loading, elemental sulfur handling, conveyor systems, and overseeing utilities and infrastructure. I played a key role in the testing, commissioning, and handover phases of the project.

I managed a significant project in India at Chemin Controls & Instrumentation Pvt. Ltd.A. 153 MW Combined Cycle Power Plant - Client: Hindustan Mittal Group - EPC Contractor: BHEL India - Duration: June 2010 to December 2011 - Location: GGSR, Bathinda, Punjab - Role: Site Engineer - Project Details: Led the construction and commissioning of a 153 MW combined cycle captive power plant, involving steam turbines, HRSG, gas turbines, and boilers. This innovative project utilized refinery flue gas as the primary fuel source and supplied power to the main grid. Managed the integration of a GE-Frame-5 gas turbine controlled by a Mark-V control panel into a new DCS system. Collaborated closely with HMEL, BHEL, and Indian government staff to ensure daily coordination through DPR, project review meetings, and efficient workforce management.

I served as an Instrument Engineer with the following responsibilities and skills:- PLC Programming: Proficient in Allen Bradley Micrologix 1200 using RS Logix 500, Omron CPM-IA CX programmer, BCH super relay SR-22 MRDC using Super Cad Software, and SR-12 MRDC.- Variable Frequency Drive Installation: Experienced in installing VFDs from various brands, including BCH drives (sinus series and Vega drives), Allen Bradley drives, L&T drives (Yaskawa-Japan), and ABB drives.- Soft Starter Installation: Skilled in installing soft starters, primarily for Kerala Water Authority, predominantly using ABB soft starters.- Design and Implementation of Single Loop Control Systems: Designed and implemented single loop control systems for various clients, including MILMA and CEE JEE Lubricants.Skills include: I&C, Coordinating, Testing, Troubleshooting, Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), and expertise in the Oil & Gas industry.
