Responsibilities: Develop Electrical Schematics, Cause and Effect Diagrams, Factory Acceptance documents, Wiring Diagrams and Instrument Lists that meet NEC, IEC and Saudi Aramco Standards, which includes hazardous/explosive environments. Responsible for developing engineering documents including piping & instrumentation diagrams, instrument index sheets, instrument specification sheets, junction box layouts, instrument loop diagrams, hook-up drawings, panel wiring diagrams, fire & gas layouts and DCS specifications. Design experience with Low Voltage Signal I/O (PLC's, 4-20mA sensors, 24VDC actuators/switches/inter posing relays), High Voltage Switching Control, Intrinsically Safe Systems and Customer Networking Interface to Safety Instrumentation Systems, Distributed Control Systems and Motor Control Centers. Responsible for managing vendor selection and qualification activities. Generate bills of material as per Saudi Aramco specification and electrical/environmental code. Evaluate customer specifications & NMR’s to ensure appropriate material; documents and instrumentation are being supplied. Also responsible for evaluating electrical specifications including switch gears, transformers, PSA, UPS, cables, junction boxes, single line diagrams, cable sizing, grounding layouts, junction box mountings and construction layouts. Responsible for managing designers and drafters to complete project deliverables
