Establishing, strengthening M&E frame work and systems: Developed reporting templates, beneficiary tracking sheets to track the progress towards achievement. Conceptualized and Instrumental in developing a user-friendly M&E software "POR Monitor" for in-country monitoring and reporting purposes. Empowering the programs/projects on M&E framework and systems: Regular capacity building was organized for partner organizations.
