I was responsible for managing the seamless flow of customer experience at the head office branch of Fidelity Bank. Leading a team of 4 target driven customer service assistants to manage and grow client accounts. Obtaining client feedback, driving increases in client satisfaction and engagement.

I administered the financial, administrative, security and operational functions of the Bank. I managed and motivated a group of 6 members of staff to be customer focused yet target driven. I effectively promoted all new services and products and issued training exercises to ensure company policies and compliance/legal requirements were met.
