Develop, implement and manage an efficient and effective freight planning/execution process which ensures consistency across divisions and carriers, while maximizing freight revenue and reducing transportation costs.Ensure carrier compliance with company policies or procedures for product transit or delivery.Handling over 100 plus center’s and responsible towards manpower supply and completing the task to shortage of any manpower over time requirement Responsible for the budget management generated by the company through LMA program.Follow-ups and handling team of 12-15 people and arrange all staff for the delivery process under different location & same report to the upper management on daily basis.Utilizes the most reliable, least expensive freight services possible.Performs all other duties as assigned.

Efficiently handling inbound and outbound calls and transferring them to the relevant agent or department.Analyzing and reporting customer data to devise or update the existing ones.Conduct survey to collect data about customer satisfaction,awareness and brand image etc.
