HVAC / E&I (Electrical and Instrumentation) Construction Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the Construction, Installation, and Commissioning of HVAC Systems and their Associated Electrical and instrumentation Components. This role ensures projects are Completed Safely, on time, and to the required quality Standards. Supervise construction, Commissioning, inspection and testing, Operation and Maintenance of DX Type Air Conditioning (ACCU / AHU, Package, Unit & Mini Split Type Unit, chiller DX system, chiller chilled water system, including VAV, CVB, EDH, MRD, VCD, MFD, NRD Ducting Works & Accessories & Copper piping Works.Ensure HVAC Commissioning inspections and Functional Tests as: Air Handling Unit, Air Cooled Condensing, Humidifier, Electric Duct Heaters, Various Types of Fan, HVAC Control Devices, and HVAC Panel.Supervise construction, commissioning, inspection and testing, of Potable water lines, Sewer lines and tie in with manholes, plumbing fixtures and PRV stations. Prepare hydro test packages and monitor the Hydro test process to ensure progress and safety.Supervise construction, commissioning, inspection and testing, operation and Maintenance, of Fire water lines, sprinkler systems, water mist systems, alarm check Valve, Fire Extinguishers, fire department connection, hydrant with monitors, hydrants, post indicator valves, fire hose reel box, and monitor the hydro test process to ensure progress and safety.Supervise construction, commissioning, inspection and testing, operation and Maintenance, of E&I Field Commercial and Oil and Gas Services like, Telecommunication, Fir and Gas Detection System, Lighting and Small Power, HVAC Power and Control, Earthing, Installation of Equipment’s like Distribution Boards, Auxiliary Panels, Control Panels, FACP, Junction Boxes, Switch gear Etc. including instrument installation Sounder, Beacon, Alarm, Detectors for Fire and Gas, MCP, Paga Data Socket, Power Sockets, Lighting Fixture. Installation of Cable Tray, Ladder Tray, Trucking.Comply Meagering and IRV for all type of power cables and control cables before cable pulling and Monitoring the cable pulling and confirming the activity is going as per cable Schedules.
