• Marketing related activities & monitoring new trends in the fashion market.• Coordinate with R&D & New Development. • Follow up of clients new developments samples / new catalogue. • Costing & price negotiations.• Follow up the entire process of orders after confirmation from sampling till shipment.• Keeping Customer needs completely identified and documented.• Dealing with fabric Dept / Mills for fabric bookings, delivery and immediate arranging color lab dips / wash approvals.• Completely follow-up of the fabric till arrival of the fabric in the factory.• Getting production & lab testing approval in time.• Corresponding with Clients / Customers till the final shipment.• Getting Approval from client and purchasing of raw materials including Trims, Packaging materials both imported & local items.• Purchasing materials at best price keeping in view that the material being purchased is of best quality.• Coordinating with suppliers and timely arranging trims and packaging material.• Monitoring and authorizing the store inspection of in-coming raw materials (Trims and Packaging materials).• Assuring pre-shipment approvals from Clients / Customers on time.• Monitoring order during whole process of the production in order to ensure production is as per client requirement.• Checking the pre-production samples + pre-shipment samples before sending to the customers in the light of client’s latest comments.• Reports to Manager Marketing / and Directors for activities relating to Customers & Suppliers.
