● Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements of Habib oil Mills and Habib Quality Food. ● Prepare Financial Analysis report every month end.● Supervises and follow-up payments. Report monthly aging of vendors and highlight critical matters with seniors. Coordinates with relevant departments and Supply Chain for procurement matters.● Dealing with Financial Institution (Leasing & Insurance companies). Responsible overall process of lease assets includes dealing with bank for opening/Termination lease contract, negotiation mark up rates, recording obligations in system.● Overall responsible of Fixed Asset management which includes maintaining Fixed Asset Register, addition, disposal, depreciation, tagging & Physical inspection of Non-current Asset.● Manage communication with external auditors on external financial statement and accounting issues to ensure auditor agreement with company decisions on accounting disclosures and issues.● Overall responsible for Project accounting which includes administration of billing as per contract files, indirect rate structure, contract modifications ,invoices and other correspondence relating to project. Track invoice payments and process all payments relating to project. Perform setup maintenance in compliance with contract to ensure the accuracy in ERP accounting system. Effectively communicate with Project Manager regarding contract documents, approvals and any additional services relating to Project. Producing monthly cost report for projects and reporting for variance analysis. Assisting Project manager for relating matter to project. Assist Finance Manager for preparing feasibility of Project.● Record the Debit and Credit Notes & Perform account reconciliations and confirmations on a monthly basis for the Inter-company accounts● Perform and prepare month end account reconciliation and balance sheet supporting schedules. Resolve accounting discrepancies noted during the reconciling process.

Responding to FBR notices, attending hearings and coordinate with consultant firms for various tax related matters. ● Overall responsible in budgeting which includes managing the annual budget, participates in budget discussions, Prepares many reports relevant to the budget for various departments, responds to inquiries related to budget issues and analyzes departmental budgets to maintain control of expenditures.● Computation of Product Profitability Report (Contribution made by each Product) applying Variable Costing Method at the end of each Quarter.● Quarterly/ Half Yearly/ Annually inventory counting and Valuation of Inventory.
