Major Responsibilities and experience includes:- I am working in Suparshva as Manager/Planner- Have good knowledge and experience of manufacturing process.- Have knowledge and experience of quality management, tracking and improvements- Have experience of packaging activities, plannings, executions by complying legal parameters- Having experience of handling materials management, planning, purchasing, and customer service duties.- Looking demand planning, purchasing, and logistics.- Tracking, monitoring and scheduling purchase orders, - Verification of deliveries and invoices accuracy and compliance.- Implementation of inventory-management strategies to maximize availability and decrease waste.- Heading inventories PV audits of the unit- Increased company profits through performance optimization strategies and efficiency improvements- Established and maintained productive staff relationships to Improve workplace morale, increase productivity and enhance personal growth- Leveraged meeting minutes to measure progress and accountability- Implemention of process improvement to shape organizational culture, optimize procedures for higher efficiency and help company evolve and grow.- Collaboration with internal teams to improve outputs to meet demand and supply requirements, ensuring inventory integrity targets for finished goods.- Working on SAP using T-codes MIGO, MMBE, ME21N, ME51N, ME54N, ME5A, MB51, and MB5B ETC.- Preparation of STO & PR when required.
