We created Question Technologies out of Ventix, and spun this entity off simultaneously with the merger of Ventix with Motive. Question Technologies built a collaboration software platform for online business communities. We raised $33M from GE Capital, Austin Ventures, Alex Brown, and Charles River Ventures. Question was acquired by Motive in 2001.

Ventix was an enterprise software company providing complementary enterprise solutions for SAP and Oracle ERP deployments. Raised venture funding from Austin Ventures, Intel Capital, DB Alex Brown, Piper Jaffray Ventures and merged the company with Motive.

ForeFront was a leading provider of e-Learning software for information technology professionals. During the six years at ForeFront, I led the company through an initial public offering in 1995, the first Internet software IPO in the state of Texas, 4 acquisitions and a merger with CBT Systems (Nasdaq:CBTSY) in 1998 in a transaction valued at $162m.
