I started off my career as an Engineer in a world leading manufacturer of mono-crystalline Solar Cell, LONGi. Being part of the pioneer to set up a new plant capacity of 1.25 GW, I was presented with an opportunity to lead and plan the initial phase of the project (installation & commissioning). From this experience, it gave me a sense of accomplishment completing each phase of the project while liaising with different contractors & vendors to reach the same objective. However working in manufacturing plant, the chances of connecting or interacting with people are low.That is why I joined PERSOL, a Japanese recruitment firm in Singapore. I find great people and find them great careers. Yes Theory: "Strangers are friends you haven't met yet" It all starts with a conversation, understanding, uncovering their values and personal aspirations. As a recruitment consultant, I'm able to provide you with the insights of your career to help you get where you need to be. My joy in recruiting, so far, has been matching rising professionals with the right move in Engineering, Sales, Management, IT and more. Constantly improving and learning, I am driven by numbers as numbers don't lie. I've grown my skills in recruiting, strategic sourcing, account servicing and recently picking up business development. Outside of work, you can find me jogging at Marina Bay Sands to burn those extra calories I put on over the weekends of food hunting. I enjoy trying out different activities and getting out of my comfort zone, learning, cooking and more.
