At Boat Bike Tours I am responsible for our product and programs. We are an incoming tour operator in Boat Bike Tours with Western Europe as our operating area. I work on the dividing line where the marketing & sales ends and the logistics, ships and tour guides start. Here I make sure that our trips are designed and everyone knows what needs to be done to give our guests a perfect vacation. By guiding and initiating improvement projects with a focus on digital (Salesforce) and the human connections, we try to become a little better every day. An exciting ongoing task is the development of new tours and the continuous improvement of our existing programs. An important part of this is constantly monitoring whether we can continue to execute our trips at the desired level.

At loungeklipper, everyone is always working to provide guests with an unforgettable experience in a way that is revolutionary for the "sailing charter" industry. I myself had the honor of fulfilling a role in various positions on an on-call basis when my schedule and skills matched loungeklipper's needs. Rarely have I enjoyed working for a company so much!

At Floating hotel, in addition to gaining work experience, I was able to experience how ideas developed by a tour operator turn out in daily practice. This has provided expertise that I continue to use to this day.
