I began my Customer Service career in 2009 when I joined Central National Bank, located in Enid, Oklahoma, as a part time representative. I quickly gained the knowledge and skills to provide excellent customer service. Adapted to working on several programs simultainiously while taking calls. Learned to actively listen, resolve any problem a customer may have, deescalate situations and take control of calls. After moving to Denver I became a Banker at US Bank where I was trained to manage personal Checking and Savings accounts. I had more authority to make decisions on accounts, open and close accounts for customers, and take credit card applications. I also gained knowledge in sales. During my time with US Bank I was given the recognition as employee of the month after receiving the highest rated reviews on the surveys sent out to our callers.I later joined Regional Transportation District as a Telephone Information Specialist where I further honed my customer service skills. I quickly learned how to use multiple new programs to track buses and assist customers. Gained experience in Workday and Salesforce.
