Project Title: A Consultancy Project on Creating New Product Development to Formulate Value PackagesThis project was carried out in collaboration between the University of Greenwich and a Texas-based high-technology supply chain visibility company called Overhaul.-The project had a primary focus on measuring success in supply chain management while also addressing data utilisation and recommendations for new product development.-Evaluation of Overhaul's existing metrics, KPIs, and products was carried out, with a concentrated effort on competitive analysis and API development to create new opportunities and value propositions.-My primary responsibility in this project was to innovate solutions for the visibility, tracking, and documentation of products at port points during both in-transit and non-transit periods.Achievements:-Understanding the importance of port visibility in supply chain performance.-Ability to collaborate to develop various solution proposals.-Understanding how technological integration can optimise supply chain processes.-Developing skills in data analysis and tracking.-Ability to provide solutions with a focus on customer needs.
