Responsible for the whole process quality management, especially to:1. Establish, implement, maintain and continuously improve quality management system.2. Periodically review quality policy, set up quality objectives, and track the fulfillment of targets.3. Optimize and standardize processes to improve operational efficiency. For example, to optimize accident reporting process to shorten the reporting and tackling cycle; to improve the handling process of customer complaint to enhance the efficiency; to optimize and standardize the quality management process for externally purchased products to reduce the cost of poor quality, etc.4. Plan and conduct internal audits and management review, as well as formulation and supervision of the consequent CAPAs.5. Lead supplier quality management audits and evaluation, and make quality risk control measures.6. Support the sites to develop and improve product quality control procedures, inspection standards and methods, and to cope with the abnormal behavior to continuously improve field operation.7. Help other functions, like R&D and Reliability, to improve their business quality management. 8. Deal with customer complaints and quality accidents, and organize the teams to complete RCA, CAPA, and 8D.9. Promote the practical application of quality management knowledge and tools, like MSA, SPC, 5Why.10. Identify and advance LSS projects to achieve continuous improvement in field operation and business processes, to reduce quality costs, such as the project of reducing customer complaint rate.11. Develop and optimize integrated management information system12. Support operation safety management.13. Other excellence operation management work.

Lean Six Sigma project management, mainly including:1. Identification, study and implementation of improvement projects: to conduct feasibility study and financial analysis, make project proposal, promote progress, data analysis, provide technical support and complete projects, for the purpose of cost reduction or avoidance, scrap / waste decrease, productivity improvement and the achievement of financial profits finally. 2. Promotion of the application of PM and Lean & Six Sigma knowledge & skills to achieve the optimization and improvement of operation processes and quality control.

1) Responsible for the establishment, implementation, maintenance and certification of quality management system of each factory in South China.2) Assist the operation, procurement and distribution teams to establish quality management processes for the improvement of their businesses and collaborate with colleagues to establish quality management procedures in China.3) Organize and implement internal quality audits, customer audits, supplier audits, and external audits by relevant government departments; assist and promote the rectification and improvement found in audits; and complete the audit and improvement reports.4) Conduct regular statistical analysis of the quality problems found in daily operation and audits. Based on the results of the analysis, propose rectification suggestions for major issues and track the progress of improvement by relevant departments.5) Coordinate the implementation of the quality management review in the Southern District, organize/coordinate department heads to collect/prepare the review materials and data, participate in the review meeting, discuss system improvement issues with various business departments to improve customer satisfaction, and track the improvement actions after the meetings.6) Assist the factories to carry out statistical process control (SPC) on the process, equipment and product quality data; analyze and improve the identified variations, and make the process stable and controllable.7) Responsible for the management of Guangzhou factory laboratories, the transfer of inspection methods, the training of QC personnel, and the measurement systems analysis (MSA) and maintenance.8) Lead or assist in handling customer complaints, collect complaints data on a regular basis, communicate with relevant departments to seek improvement actions for major complaints.9) Other tasks assigned by manager, such as seeking and implementing continuous improvement (CI) projects.
