Maintain a dual reporting role as Director of Recruiting and as an Individual Producer. Supervise and provide administrative oversight for the Recruiting Department at a contract staffing agency. Generate individual annual sales projections. Coach and mentor new recruiters to continually increase, attract, and retain top-level talent. Prospect and secure new sourcing outlets to identify potential talent; adhere to budgetary guidelines for utilization of diverse lead sources. Produce and evaluate weekly data and reports on recruitment performance and recommend strategies to accomplish established business objectives. Manages sourcing acquisition, lead and cold call list generation. Monitor data reporting associated with revenue cycle, client placement, candidate retention, time to placement, and missed opportunities for placement; assess trends to implement performance enhancement techniques. Coalesce with the COO on development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures to optimizing business operations. Cultivate an engaging and competitive environment through sales challenges leveraging opportunities to achieve operational goals.

Developed and executed the organizational operating plan to place top-level talent in alignment with revenue production objectives. Provided strategic management direction for the daily operations associated with the recruiting department. Educated and coached new employees to make an immediate impact on company operations.
