Coalition For Restorative Parenting is a nonprofit that brings together child welfare advocates, parents, and early childhood well-being experts that are dedicated to eradicating punitive parenting as part of family life. Our mission is to reduce adverse childhood environments and to pave a future filled with more gentle and peaceful parenting.

- Utilizing standardized intervention tools such as the Ages and Stages Questionnaire to help families assess their child's development- Provide resources and referrals to families who are seeking support for their child development- Coordinate outreach events to promote Pretend City's philosophy to impact children and families- Cultivate engaged and meaningful partnerships with Child & Family advocate companies across OC and beyond- Part of First Five's Family Mental Health initiative to develop and take lead on mental health intervention and education in the museum- Train floor staff with proper outreach tools and early childhood principles- Use health communication

- Provide administrative support through Altru via data entry for invoices, scheduling field trip dates, and organizing closed field trip dates- Work cross-functionally by providing support to museum educators, providing high-quality guest experiences, and communicating with various school personnel

- Responsible for general operations of museum, inventory, scheduling,scheduling programmatic delivery, including the collecting and maintaining of paperwork, meeting agendas, notes and data, organizing of daily, weekly, and monthly schedules- Help facilitate learning spaces through design that adhere to Reggio's standards- Coordinate workflow, schedules, daily task delegation, and coaching stage staff on optimal guest experiences to diverse families and children

Designed curriculum for a cohort of fifteen middle-school to high-school age students from City Heights to teach participatory storytelling. Youth eventually had an exhibition show that garnered over 100+ participants.Read more here: https://www.theajaproject.org/program-map/civil-liberties

Achieved over 200% increase in Instagram following via Sprout Social and a content calendar. Monitored key performance metrics using data analytics to track social media campaign success, utilizing Instagram data analytic tools, and adjusting strategies such as SEO to promote campaigns.Created newsletter for UCSD Women’s Center 7,000 people, with the E-news increasing click-throughs to promote community events by over 150% during the pandemic. Conducted original programming about "Intergenerational Trauma between Vietnamese Mothers and Daughters" as Gender Action Project for the center.

Engaged with thousands of voters of color during the Midterm Election to increase civic engagement, from students to working-class individuals in Orange County. Led community outreach marketing efforts that brought over 100+ participants to historical open mic event.
