Working on a number of roles with various clients & contacts across a number of sectors, including but not limited to Engineering / FMCG / Luxury / F&B / Industrial / Consulting / Healthcare / Manufacturing / Gaming etc.

My responsibilities: 1) Recruitment -Direct targeting, headhunting, encouraging referrals through a strong rapport with my connections, posting on social platforms and different chat groups. -Screening and qualifying candidates, engaging them in active & constructive conservations to find out their true added values beyond what was written on their profiles -Understanding candidates' motivations and providing honest consultation on how the opportunity may fit into their career paths 2) Business Development & Market Research -Collecting market intelligence and news, researching on upcoming markets and projects, and to study into the basic technical know-hows. -Reaching out to potential clients & project owners through cold-calling or warm introductions, and building a relationship withe them. -Finding out what the client wants or their dissatisfaction, identifying how my company can fill these gaps and add values.3) Others -Both Perm and Contract recruitment, including account management for key clients -Involved in after-sales and contractor care services as well -Proactively taking on challenging roles/tasks and work to provide a solution -To treat people like actual human beings
