On any given day I am working with a team of consultants or individually to help my clients evaluate their current business, identify areas for growth through M&A activities, business expansion opportunities or implement operational initiatives. I am constantly developing presentations and communicating the analysis and recommendations both verbally and in written reports to c-level clientele and business line managers with varying degrees of detail across a wide range of functions.The most exciting part of this work is initiating change from strategy through to implementation and ultimately helping my clients achieve greater internal efficiencies and growth
