- Champions all standards, policies and procedures in the Event Operations departments.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to develop long-term strategies for event operations.
- Collaborate with culinary team to ensure compliance with food handling and sanitation standards.
- Consult with customers to determine objectives and requirements for events such as meetings, conferences, and conventions
- Maintains customer satisfaction to insure retention and growth of business through repeat events.
