During Jeff’s tenure at M5, its recurring revenue increased eight times.• As VP of uReach (‘99-‘03), Jeff made significant contributions to the building of its consumer brand which led to over one million subscribers, the company’s first agreements with service providers, and defined a new product category and business model for the telecom industry - delivering communication software as a hosted service (Software as a Service).Earlier, Jeff led the development of the consumer software brand strategy for Discovery Channel.
