At IPscreener, I collaborated with another UX designer to develop a new module for their product. My responsibilities encompassed information architecture, user flows, wireframing, and creating simple prototypes. I also involved the end-users more by conducting user interviews as part of UX research, and performing usability testing.Furthermore, I assisted in establishing a UX design flow, employing the Double Diamond design process model, and making the foundation of a design system. This involved sharing my expertise in design methods and tools with stakeholders to foster a deeper understanding of design thinking and the significance of UX design. Recognizing the need for a structured sprint flow, I developed a template adaptable for both small and large sprints.

After being headhunted to Dustin, I worked in a creative in-house team that was responsible for planning and creating content to Dustins nordic web pages (e.g articles and service pages), and for the bigger campaigns (e.g. Black Friday). Working with the articles, I was responsible for the layout, publishing them online in all Nordic countries, and analysing them through Hotjar. I also initiated a project to update the design templates we used, using my knowledge in SEO, UI and UX. I worked closely with a colleague in the Netherlands, since their needs where a bit different from those of the Nordic countries. The final template was more user friendly and responsive, and included new UI components that where added to Dustins design system.I was design lead for some of the campaigns, creating everything from the concept to user flows. It also meant working in close collaboration with the marketing team, front-end developers and UX designers, and making some documentation and presentation material.

Being part of the Frontend team at MediaMarkt, I worked together with another Web Editor UX, an analyst, a SEO specialist, a marketing coordinator, a frontend developer, and our team leder. In my position I worked with mainly 4 categories: CRO, Frontend Design, Digital Campaigns and Web Content.The conversion rate optimization is something that permeated everything we did, together with a great focus on the customer journey. Here I was involved in everything from holding heatmeets, workshops, A/B-tests, doing desk research, lo-fi and hi-fi wireframes, design system and much more with focus on UX. Together with our frontend developer, I also worked with updating the UI of the website mostly through HTML and CSS. I assisted our developer wherever I could, mostly updating our CSS and setting up, and implementing A/B-tests.For digital campaigns, we worked closely with the marketing team. We created banners, worked with some of the copy and visual designs, as well as making the graphics for the newsletters. Since the website was the main focus, we also worked together with our team leader to make sure every campaign had the best position and the best customer journey.When it comes to content, our main goal was to make sure that the information online is up to date, and user friendly. Here we worked with different stakeholders within the company, that wanted to have some information to be updated, added, or removed from the website.

On my second assignment, I worked at Media Markt as their web editor. I helped them to create graphic content for the web and newsletter, write SEO-articles and with UX-projects. After my time as consultant was over they recruited me to work as their web editor, and with UX and UI.My first assignment at Academic Work was as a marketing assistant in 2016 for Psoriasisförbundet. I helped them to create banners and ads and also with creating content for their website through Episerver and basic HTML5.

At Babyland Online Nordic, I worked with Babyland's, and their other brands Stor & Liten's and LEKIA's, marketing. For Babyland I worked mostly with their social media (Facebook and Instagram), helping out with their newsletter (Apsis Pro), and their web through the CMS Lima. For Stor & Liten, I worked mostly with their newsletter (Mailchimp), their web through the CMS Easify, and their social media (Facebook and Instagram). I've also done digital ads, flyers, banners, and a follow-up on the campaigns through Google Analytics.

At Byggmax, I worked for the e-commerce department as a purchasing coordinator. Despite my title, I mostly worked with their system, IFS9, where I added and changed all their basic data for the e-commerce department. I also looked at orders that were being stopped by the system or any other troubleshooting that affected the system. I worked closely with the other departments, mostly the web editors, the purchasers, the web developers and the IT department. I was also part of a system management group that worked for the optimisation of the order system.

I started as an sales assistant and worked my way up to Deputy store manager, by first being responsible for different departments like Women Collection and Men Casual. My role included to do smaller purchasing assistant jobs, my departments Visual Merchandising, and of course keeping track of the stores sales and budget, as well as taking care of my employees and customers. Full time for 2 years then part time while studying full time.
