Impose relevant system transactions for the various warehouse management activities – across the full scope of warehousing and material handling.Determines aged inventory and action accordingly.Identify, prepare, and notify appropriate personnel of non-conforming products for retesting and or disposal based on established order points and inventory levels.Maintain inventory of raw materials, bulk, work-in-progress, intermediates, and finished goods, via the 11i system and/or visual segregation where applicable.Performs and coordinates cycle counts.Establishes inventory adjustments, based on inventory reconciliations. Prepares and presents adjustments to raw materials, and finished goods based on production results, cycle counts, orders, and other transactions. Attend to and resolve any queries that may arise from transactional activities completed in 11i.Develops and reviews a variety of operational reports and analysis to assist with production scheduling and purchasing, in line with forecasting, including container replenishment.Track warehouse system activities and implement corrective actions where required.Inform QC department of product status changes required; Oversee function of correct labelling in conjunction with warehouse supervisor.Responds to daily questions and concerns from warehousing, shipping, and receiving, production, customer service, or other functions, investigates problems, and assists with identifying a solution. Ensures compliance with DOT, hazardous materials, HSE, and other regulations, policies, and procedures, and assists with training and reviewing the work of others involved in the shipping, receiving, warehousing, and inventory process.Manages and controls stock at 3PL warehouse.Control stock location movement between main site and 3PL warehouseDetermines site utilization through analysis and performs an analysis of stock usage in production to ensure sufficient stock is called off to site from 3PL warehouse.

• Control and manage Inventory• Ensure effective cycle count (wall to wall) of all items as per schedule• Support ISO 9001 and IMS 14001 EMS listing requirements and SHE management system based on the NOSA 5 integrated SHE system requirements• Ensure that work instruction exists is correct work for inventory tasks• Check and update works instructions that are not correct during cycle count investigations• Ensure compliance to BBS and SHEQA card requirements• Warehouse Activity Monitor using WMS technology• Report on daily activity monitor daily• Investigate unconfirmed transfer orders• Investigate and correct any picking differences• Monitor critical activities• Ensure that all stock in transit is clear• Ensure all inbound receipts are posted• All returns are captured, and all damages written off• Plan the stock take accordingly

Release orders on SAP for customers and Depot Replenishment orders•Advise Supervisors of bin replenishment requirements•Book vehicles in line with daily tonnage for depot replenishment and customer orders•Advise Supervisors of total number of loads to be dispatched for the day and hauliers booked.•Liase with Cross dock facilities regarding Goods in transit and customer en route•Liase with Planning department regarding daily replenishment tonnage top ups•Generate SAP download for Unitrans to plan next day’s deliveries•Update goods in transit report and share with all receiving points•Analyse transit report and escalate discrepancies with Logistics Manager•Update vehicle status tracker daily•Liase with transporters daily regarding vehicle requirements•Accurately Track line-haul Costs for all destinations and forward to DC’s at end month•Accurately track cost to serve for KZN, EC, Bloem deliveries and forward to Logistics Manager at month end•Ensure most cost effective stock movement by prioritising lower cost transporters• Liase with CSU regarding special requirements .e.g. future orders to be released for picking and dispatch•Investigate and escalate in transit discrepancies with receiving DC’s•Liase with customers regarding delivery estimated time of arrival•Track outbound TAT and share stats with DC manager and Logistics manager•Receipt of supplier invoices on SRM •Manage and compile KPI report and share with DC manager and Logistics manager
