I am an entrepreneur, process facilitator and program manager trained in design, management & leadership (KaosPilot from Denmark) and gestalt therapy. In 2010 I established Impact Hub Bergen, and for 10 years I was the general manager of the 700m2 co-working house and center for social innovation at Bryggen in Bergen. I have developed and led a number of programs to support entrepreneurs in the start-up phase, and still work to promote social innovation through programs, courses and events, now as general manager of the Social Impact Lab (formerly Impact Hub Bergen). I have many years of experience as a process manager, and have worked across various sectors and professional fields. Today I also have a small company, Innsikt Gestalt therapy, where I offer individual therapy.The main focus of my work has been within health, inclusion and the environment. My experience and expertise is within social entrepreneurship, business development, design and innovation processes, process facilitation, gestalt therapy/psychology, program development and management, communication, project management, cross sector collaboration, financing and partnerships.
