After finishing my Bachelor of Arts degree in Film and Television at Curtin University of Technology, and Master of Arts degree in Filmstudies at University College Dublin, I have been lucky to dabble in several fields connected to the film and media industry. Landing a teaching job at Lundehagen videregående school, later Vågen videregående school has been a great achievement. Lecturing within media- and communication subjects has allowed me to continue my interest within the film and television field while also allowing me to learn new fields such as media communication, journalism, radio/podcast, and photography. Throughout my profession as a teacher, I have also worked for Kitchen Film as a project manager, lectured for Psykisk Helse and Rogaland Kurs and Kompetansesenter, been a student counselor for Kilroy Education and functioned as a project manager for Stavanger Kortfilmfestival. In 2012 I started Master of Management at BI in Stavanger, wishing to finish this part time over the next years. I got a great opportunity to work at Solborg Folkehøyskole in Stavanger where I have been the last years and functioned as a film and media teacher. I enjoy working with students who share my passion for media, film and television, and I continuously seek new experiences in the industry that can further my competence and understanding of the different trades.
