About Silke Denker

After years of working in business as a financial controller and product manager, I spent 10 years exploring alternatives to the business world. I completed Masters' degrees in International Peace studies and Social Work, involved myself in trauma work with combatants in the US and the Middle East, and practiced general mental health and therapy work in the UK and Germany.After two years supporting refugees with mental health problems in Berlin, I broadened my line of work to general counselling for employees of business clients. The next step in my professional development needs to be towards making a bigger impact on the wider issues that our societies, if not our planet, is facing. This could be in a business or NGO environment.
