Key Deliverables: • New Vendor Development through market research. • Vendor relationship management • Award of Purchase Order • Quality Assurance & Control • Inter-departmental coordination for new product development & marketing. • Preparing Purchase Orders, Packing Lists, Invoices and other shipping documents required for Air/Sea shipments • Post Order Expediting to ensure Monitoring & Control of Vendor’s manufacturing schedule. • Status Reporting in Electronic format (MS-Excel, Word) to HO in USA for New Product Development, Purchase Orders, Delivery Schedule, Payment status & Shipment status

• Inter-departmental coordination for new product development & marketing. • Preparing Purchase Orders, Packing Lists, Invoices and other shipping documents required for Air/Sea shipments • Post Order Expediting to ensure following: a. Monitoring & Control of Vendor’s Manufacturing schedule. b. On schedule shipments considering various Geographical contingencies. c. Status Reporting in Electronic format (MS-Excel, Word) to HO in USA for New Product Development, Purchase Orders, Delivery Schedule, Payment status & Shipment status.
