I manage the Digital team at Penguin Random House South Africa. Key responsibilities:- Producing and maintaining all digital product (apps, ebooks, digital audio book)- Relationships with digital service providers, retailers and partners- Negotiating and preparing contracts- Management reporting and sales analysisBiggest project: Sasol eBirds Southern Africa app for Apple & Android. This is one of the best-selling paid apps in South Africa and has not dropped out of the Top 10 in its category since re-launch in July 2020.

As part of the PRH Digital team, I helped create and promote new mobile apps and e-commerce sites. I was also responsible for ebook production, distribution, promotion and customer service.Biggest project: Successful consolidation of Penguin SA and Random House Struik's digital catalogues.

Converting a large back catalogue of print books into digital publications.

Small-scale and self-publishing services for clients, including typesetting, print and ebook publication and distribution services. Biggest project: I worked on some of the EBW Healthcare (Bettercare) guides, a series of distance-learning training guides for healthcare professionals.

I was responsible for writing constructive feedback reports for authors whose manuscripts were rejected for publication.
